Onam celebrations by the students of Kerala at the College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar on 08.09.2022

The Kerala students of College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar have celebrated the Onam festival in a great spirit on 08.09.2022. The programme was attended by the Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar who was the chief guest, Dr Suhasini madam, senior professor and head, Department of Economics, Dr Manohar Rao , Rtd. Professor (Horticulture) and other faculty attended the programme along with the students of College of Agriculture Rajendranagar. On the occasion of onam celebrations, the Associate Dean extended warm wishes and greetings to the students, the festival which is celebrated to honour the kind-hearted and much-beloved King Mahabali, who is believed to return to Kerala during this festival. The celebrations included various competitions to the students.
