Electronic Wing, PJTSAU and MANAGE, Hyderabad has jointly organized online training programme on “Social Media Skills for Effective Transfer of Technology” from 20th to 24th February 2023. Chief guest of the Inaugural session Dr. Dr.A.Sreenivasacharyulu, Programme Officer, MANAGE, stated that this training programme proves to be very effective in enhancing the skills of Scientist or the Extension professionals, equipping them with tools in transfer of technology During his presentation, Dr. Saravanan Raj, the Director of Agricultural Extension, explored the possibilities and challenges involved in delivering real-time agro-advisories. Dr. AS Charyulu, a Program Officer at MANAGE, discussed how social media tools, mobile apps Mobile Apps in Agriculture: SMS-based tools and techniques. Digital Content Development in Agricultural Extension. Was presented by Ms. Bharti Madan. Mr. Melwin Sam, the Creative Director of Couch Potato Video Production House, explored how to monetize YouTube videos and develop shorts, Dr. Hitesh Motiwani, a digital marketing expert, delivered a presentation on effective strategies for tackling misinformation on social media. Mr. Tej Kumar Daram, a Senior Fact-Checker at Data Leads in New Delhi, shared his expertise on combating misinformation on social media during his presentation. Dr. G. David Raju, the founder of Eminent Apps and a Business Development Manager (BDM), delivered a presentation on website development.
