Orientation on Digital Banking to the Students of Agricultural College, Palem, Nagarkurnool District. on 27-09-2019

To make the students aware of the features and advantages of digital banking, an orientation programme on the same has been organised at Auditorium, Agricultural College, Palem on 27th September 2019. The Associate Dean, Dr. P. Raghu Rami Reddy stated that as per the instructions of the University, financial transactions of all colleges, institutes and centres working under P.J.T.S.A.U must go cash less. He also instructed that as we are progressing in the digital era, every individual must be aware of the facilities, benefits and security aspects of online banking, and State Bank of India being the major trusted banks in India, one can ensure outmost safety with SBI. He further requested staff from State Bank of India, Uyyalawada Branch, Nagarkurnool to provide assistance in quick and smooth opening of accounts to the newly joined students of Agricultural College, Palem. Later the officials from the State Bank of India Sunder Sharma, Chief manager- Customer service, D. Yadagiri Goud, Branch Manager, Ramana, Deputy Manager, Bhaskar, Assistant Manager, Varsha, Associate and Pavan Kumar, Business Development Manager have given the orientation to the students on SBI YONO mobile application and how one can have access to utilizing facilities of internet banking and financial transactions with just a mobile application.
