Personality Development training programme to the students at College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar on 19.04.2022

A Personality Development Training Programme was organised to the students of the College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar on 19.04.2022 by Mr. Rajesh Murthy, leadership consultant and coaching expert, Hyderabad. The programme was started with the introductory remarks by Dr Seema, Dean of Agriculture, PJTSAU, Rajendranagar and highlighted the need for such programmes to the students in the present context. Rajesh Murthy, the expert on the occasion, delivered an interactive lecture on the core areas of personality development, ways to improve the productivity for the students and interacted with the students on the occasion related to the improvement of performance of the students. He also empathised on the self discipline, belief and skills up gradation in the present context to be successful in any sphere of life. Dr C Narendra Reddy, the Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar has given the concluding remarks of the programme and requested the students to make use of such opportunities in future course. The programme was concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr V Ravinder Naik, Associate Professor, and OISA, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar.
