10th University Foundation Day Celebration at Agricultural College & Agriculture, Polytechnic, Tornala on 03-09-2024

10th university foundation day of PJTSAU was celebrated at Agricultural college, Tornala on 03.09.2024. The programme was started by inviting the dignitaries on to the dais. The Associate Dean, Dr. S. Sridevi, has garlanded the portrait of Prof. Jayashankar and all the staff & students offered floral tributes to Sri Kothapalli Jayashankar sir and followed with University song. The Associate Dean has addressed the gathering and highlighted the key achievements and role of agricultural university in the past 10 years from the formation and its contribution to holistic development of farming community in Telangana state and also mention that the university is striving hard to provide quality infrastructure and education to the students. The chief guest Smt. Radhika, DAO, Siddipet briefed about importance of university foundation day and university role in development of farming community. The staff and students has joined the live streaming of University foundation day celebrations. Further on the event of foundation day various literary competitions like essay writing, rangoli and quiz competitions to the students were held and prizes were distributed to the winners. Later Sri. A. Sathish, OISA, proposed formal vote of thanks. All the teaching, non-teaching staff and students of Agricultural college & Agriculture Polytechnic, Tornala has participated in the programme.
