7th University Foundation Day Celebrations Agricultural College, Sircilla on 03-09-2021

The 7th Professor Jayashankar Telangana state Agricultural University (PJTSAU) foundation day was celebrated with teaching, Non-teaching and out-sourced personnel of the college on 03.09.2021 at Agricultural College, Sircilla. The programme was started with the brief introduction and the significance of the day by T. Arunbabu, OISA. The Associate Dean of the college paid floral tributes to Sri. Kothapalli Jayashankar sir followed by University song. While speaking on the occasion the Associate Dean enlightened the importance of the University foundation day and she stated that the University has put special focus on Agricultural Education, Research and developed new varieties which would suitable for the state at larger area. She further stated that University is striving hard to provide International quality infrastructure and education to the students and the initiatives taken in teaching, Research, Extension are useful for achieving 6th rank at all India level (Year: 2018). She also added that University has bagged many awards on the National level and International recognition in providing the Agricultural education and Research. She urged that all the staff of the University need to work cooperatively for reaching the higher heights in near future.
