Celebrations of 7th University Foundation Day at College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur on 03-09-2021

Seventh (7th) University Foundation Day was celebrated at College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur, Nizamabad District on 03.09.2021. All the teaching, non-teaching and outsourcing staff have participated in the programme. The programme was started .at 10.30 a.m. with the welcome address by Er. G.Rajender, Assistant Professor and In-charge of OSA, CFST, Rudrur. The programme was started by paying floral tributes to the portrait of Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar by the Associate Dean and all the staff of CFST Rudrur and with playing of University Song. Dr. J. Sai Prasad, Assistant Professor has spoken about importance of agriculture education in Telangana State; Dr. S. Sowjanya has spoken about how education is smoothly running in the University in this COVID pandemic situation without hampering academic calendar. Er. G. Rajender, Asst. Professor has explained about the formation of agricultural university and renaming of this university as PJTSAU after bifurcation of Telangana State. Dr. R. Swamy, Associate Dean addressed the gathering about achievements of university in the last 7 years and appreciated the staff involved in timely submission of college accreditation report to ICAR. Further Associate Dean congratulated Mrs. M. Leena, Administrative Officer for being awarded as best employee of the year under Category of Assistant Comptroller/Assistant Registrar/Administrative Officer. Finally, the programme was concluded with vote of thanks by Er. G.Rajender, Asst. Professor, CFST, Rudrur. All the staff of CFST Rudrur gathered at 2.00PM in conference room and attended the University Foundation Day Celebrations through virtual mode with You Tube link.
