8th University Foundation Day Celebrations of PJTSAU by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bellampalli, Mancherial Dist.

KVK, Bellampalli, Mancherial District organized 8th University Foundation Day celebrations on 3rd September, 2022 at KVK, Bellampalli. On this occasion, Dr. M. Rajeshwar Naik, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Bellampalli briefed about the achievements of the university after the formation of Telangana state and also enlightened the University’s special focus on Agricultural Education, Research and Extension system for developing and dissemination of new varieties suitable for the state at larger area, mechanization, soil and water conservation technologies, Fertilizers Management, Integrated Crop Management Practices, Post-Harvest Technologies and Value Addition etc. Further, Dr. M. Rajeshwar Naik, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Bellampalli congratulated and appraised the services of Dr. Shivakrishna Kota, SMS (Agril. Extension) for receiving PJTSAU – Best Extension Scientist Award and also congratulated the farmers namely, Sri. Veerla Anjaiah, farmer of Budhakurdh village of Bellampalli mandal, Sri. Kondapalli Sharath, farmer of Nandulapalli village of Nennela mandal and Sri. Sunkari Venkateshwar Rao, farmer of Akkalapalli village of Bheemini mandal of Mancherial district for receiving PJTSAU – Best Progressive Farmer Award on the eve of 8th University Foundation Day on 3rd September, 2022.
