PJTSAU - AICRP on Weed Control Centre has received best research centre award for the year 2023-24 at OUAT, Bhubaneswar on 19-06-2024.

Centre on AICRP Weed Management, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Hyderabad has been awarded with the 1st Rank (for the year 2023 -24) among the AICRP on Weed Management Centers across the country. Faculty of PJTSAU, Dr. T. Ram Prakash and Dr. B. Padmaja have received the award from Dr. Pravat Kumar Roul, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology, Dr. J.S. Mishra, Director, Directorate of Weed Research and Dr. A.K. Naik, CRRI Director, at Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 19.06.2024. On this occasion, Dr. P. Raghu Rami Reddy, Director of Research and Registrar, PJTSAU and Dr. M. Malla Reddy, ADR appreciated the efforts.
