College Day Celebrations at the College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar in Festive Mood on 13-06-2022

The College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar has celebrated the College Day 2021-22 on13.06.2022 at University Auditorium in a festive mood. Sri Y Nagi Reddy, IPS, the Additional Director General of the Police,Telangana who was an alumnus of the college was the chief guest while Dr V Praveen Rao, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor,PJTSAU has presided over the function. The chief guest while addressing the gathering has remembered that,self-discipline, physical exercise, hobby, social responsibility are the major things which shapes one’s personality in the life and requested that, they shall have to be inculcated by the students to be good citizens. He also stressed that; University shall strive to focus on the research outcome which is of societal relevance. Dr V. Praveen Rao, who has presided over the function has briefed about the future challenges in agriculture and how to cope with them. Dr C Narendra Reddy, the Associate Dean has presented the report of the college. On the occasion, the dignitaries have distributed prizes to the winners in various competitions conducted in view of the college day. The programme included sizzling and colorful cultural performances by the students which exhibited their hidden talent and made a memorable day. Galaxy of University Officers namely Dr S Sudheer Kumar, Registrar, Dr Seema, Dean and Hon’ble Member, Board of Management, Dr J Satyanarayana, Dean of Student Affairs, Dr R Jagadeshwar, Director of Research and Hon’ble Member, Board of Management, Dr V Anitha, Dean of PG Studies, Sri Ravi Kumar, University Librarian, Sri Emanuel, Estate Officer, senior faculty, Heads of the Departments, teaching and non- teaching staff and students have attended the celebrations. The college has witnessed a festive mood.
