Diagnostic bulletins in mandate crops of the state are being published in vernacular language to serve as a ready reckoner for crop protection related aspects in agriculture. Colourful pictorial representation of various pest and diseases of respective crops for easy diagnosis of the pest by a common man, with suitable remedial measures is the merit of the bulletins.
