KVK, Palem has organized Training programme on various schemes in Agriculture and Allied Sectors on 2nd September, 2021 at Ippalapally village of Thimmajipet mandal, Nagarkurnool dist. Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Palem emphasized the need to acquire the information on various schemes in agriculture and allied sectors for benefit of farming community. Mr. B. Rajashekar, SMS (Extension) has explained the importance of various developmental programmes/schemes in agriculture and allied sectors and gave a brief sketch of implementation and usage of programmes / schemes and procedure of schemes / programmes like RKVY, PKVY, NFSM, NMSA, PM KISAN, RYTHU BANDHU, RYTHGU BHEEMA, NMOS, PMKSY, PMJJY and micro irrigation project, Telangana state horticulture corporation limited, urban farming and sericulture etc. Mr. M. Rajashekhar, SMS (Plant Protection) has explained the various types of plant protection measures in different crops of vanakalam season and Mr.Kamal kumar, Agricultural Officer, Thimmajipet mandal briefed about the various programmes /schemes procedures to get benefits for development of farming community. In this programme Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Palem, Mr. B. Rajashekar, SMS (Extension), Mr. M. Rajashekhar, SMS (PP), Mr.Kamal kumar (AO), Sahithi, AEO, Ramulu, Sarpanch and 36 farmers were participated.
