KVK,Palem-Diagnostic field visit and Training programme “Integrated Crop Management in Chilli” on 14.09.2022

Training programme on Integrated Crop Management in chilli was organized at Raithu Vedika, Avancha village, Timmajipet mandal, Nagarkurnool district, Telangana state on 14.09.2022 to the Chilli growers by KVK. Palem, Nagarkurnool dist. Dr. Adhi Shankar, SMS (Horticulture), KVK, Palem given training on integrated crop management in Chilli i.e. best nursery management practice, green manuring, use of biofertilizers, drip and mulching system, fertigation and IPM practice in chilli crop to reduce cost of cultivation. Dr. N. Lavanya, SMS(Agro met) explained about weather based agro advisory bulletins to reach through different apps. Sri Kamal, Ao, Sairam, Aeo, Gnaneswar, Observer, Smt. Sharada, MPTC, RAWEP students and 40 chilli farmers participated in this training programme and followed by field visit conducted to newly planted chilli field.
