Placement Drive by Placement Cell, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar on 8.8.2023 for Sales Trainees at Gharda Chemicals Limited, Mumbai

On 8.8.2023 the Placement Cell, Rajendranagar organised Placement drive to the final year students at Placement Cell, College of Agriculture Rajendranagar for the posts of Sales Trainees in Gharda Chemicals Limited, Mumbai. The Placement Incharge, Dr.K.Bhanu Rekha, welcomed Associate Dean and Board Member, Dr. C.Narendra Reddy, Sri .Raman Gupta, Managing Director (Marketing) and Sri. Kiran Kumar, Zonal Manager, Gharda Chemicals Ltd. on to the dias. It followed a welcome address by the Associate Dean and Board Member, Dr. C.Narendra Reddy. Sri.Raman Gupta, Managing Director (Marketing) Gharda Chemicals gave an orientation to the candidates about the activities Gharda Chemicals Ltd., business products in varied fields (Agriculture -weedicides, plant protection chemicals, growth regulators, nutrients etc;) medical field (knee, hip and back replacement polymers);chemistry (chemical compounds) and aerospace (polymers for the space shuttles and satellites). The talk also focused upon the achievements of the founder Sri. Gharda , turnover of the firm and business partners at national and international level. At the end the job profile and credentials of the candidates were also highlighted. The final year students (B.Sc (Hon.), MABM and M.Sc) from College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, B.Sc (Hon.) from Agricultural College Aswaropeta, Jagtial, Palem and Warangal campuses attended to the interviews. Group discussion was done for 54 candidates selected through online exam and it followed by Personal interviews to 22 candidates selected through group discussion. Dr.Jalla Satyranarayana, Dean of Student Affairs, PJTSAU and Dr. C.Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean and Board Member graced the occasion. Dr. K.Bhanu Rekha, Placement Incharge, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar led the Placement Drive.
