Live Webcast of Hon’ble PM “Garib Kalyan Sammelan” by KVK Nizamabad on 31-05-2022

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Nizamabad (Rudrur) organized Live Webcast of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi “Garib Kalyan Sammelan” to the farming community that aims to receive feedback from the public, understand the impact of welfare schemes in people’s lives, and explore convergence and saturation concerning different government programmes. He addressed the nation on the need to work for the bright future of the coming generations, for a brighter India. "An India whose identity is not deprivation but modernity. No goal is impossible in front of our capability. He added, "Today India is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. Shri. B. B. Patil, MP, Zahirabad constituency chaired as Chief Guest in the programme and expressed his remarks on the provision of monetary benefits through various welfare schemes by State and Central Governments to the farmers that could support their rural livelihood in sustaining future generations towards agriculture. He appealed the farmers to take the technical assistance from the KVK Scientific fraternity and agril. department officials for progressing towards modern agriculture by minimizing the inputs cost. Later, Farmers Scientist Interaction was held between farmers and scientists of KVK to discuss about latest agril. technologies, soil testing importance, farm mechanization, pest and disease management, digital tools supporting weather forecast information etc. A total of 540 participants have actively participated in the meeting.
