Poshan Abhiyan Activities by Agriculture College, Aswaraopet on 24-09-2019

Agricultural students of Aswaraopet college, conducted door to door campaign on nutritional status of people residing in Kesappagudem village. College Associate Dean, Dr. C. Narendra Reddy, inaugurated the rally by NSS volunteers to disseminate the importance of consuming nutritional food according to RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) as per the guidelines of ICAMR. College staff, NSS POs and village officials participated in the campaign. After rally NSS volunteers, staff visited the mid day meals programme and educated the school children about healthy eating habits.
