Celebration of Birth Anniversary of Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar in Agricultural College, Palem

Teaching and non-teaching staff of Agricultural College, Palem celebrated the 87th Birth Anniversary of Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar on 06.08.2020. The programme began with garlanding the photo of Professor Jayashankar by Dr.P.Raghu Rami Reddy, Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Palem followed by offering floral tributes by the teaching and non-teaching staff. The staff reminisced the contribution of Professor Jayashankar towards betterment of people of Telangana and his vision for the State. Dr.P.Raghu Rami Reddy, Associate Dean elaborated the key role played by Professor Jayashankar in keeping the spirit of Telangana agitation alive. He encouraged listening to the audios of Professor Jayashankar speeches available online and be inspired with his vast understanding and vision. Associate Dean underscored that it is the responsibility of every individual to follow his thoughts and strive for the development of oneself as well as the University and State. He concluded by saying that fulfilling the dreams of Professor Jayashankar was the best way of offering tributes to him.
