Professor Jayashankar Jayanthi Celebrations at Agricultural Polytechnic and Agricultural Research Station, Kampasagar on 06-08-2020

Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar Jayanthi was celebrated at Agricultural Polytechnic and Agricultural Research Station, Kampasagar on 06.08.2020. Dr.I.Swarnalatha Devi, Principal, APT, Kampasagar, Dr. Ch. Damodar Raju, Principal Scientist & Head, ARS, Kampasagar, Dr. K. Sumalini, Senior Scientist (Pl.br.), Dr. G. Shiva Prasad, Scientist (Pl. Br.), Mrs. V. Sri Ramya, Assistant Professor (SSAC), Mr. V. Narsing Rao, Superintendent, Mr. M. Parushuramulu, Senior Assistant, Mrs. D.Varalakshmi, Senior Assistant and contract labour have participated in the Programme. The programme was started by offering floral tributes to Prof. Jayashankar. Dr. I. Swarnalatha Devi said that Prof Jayashankar has extended services as ideologue to Telangana movement as well as fought for separate Telangana state since 1952 until his last breath. After that Dr. Ch. Damodar Raju told the formation of Telangana State was his life goal and Professor Jayashankar made relentless efforts on Telangana state formation.
