Rallapeta Village Adoption Programme by Agricultural College, Sircilla, on 01-07-2022

As per the University instructions being mandate of the Agricultural College, Sircilla, Rallapeta village of Thangallapally mandal in Rajanna Sircilla District was adopted under the village adoption programme. Interaction programme was organized on 01.07.2022 at Grampanchayath Rallapeta village. Dr. T. Uma Maheswari, Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Sircilla explained about the importance of village adoption programme and explained about the interventions which are going to promote in the village to improve the farmers livelihood. She also instructed the team of the village adoption programme to propose action plan for the development of village. The following staff have participated in the programme Dr. G. P. Sunandini (Senior Professor), Dr. K. P. Vani (Professor), Dr. R. Sathish (Asst. Professor), Dr. A. Uma Rajashekar (Asst. Professor), Dr. M. Sampath Kumar (Asst. Professor) and Dr. P. Madhavi (Asst. Professor). Mr. Sandeep Kumar (Mandal Agricultural officer) and Mr. Chandra Prakash (MAEO) assured for their cooperation in carrying out the further programmes. Sarpanch Sri. Parsharamulu expressed happiness and satisfaction for the interest shown by the Agricultural College, Sircilla for adopting the village.
