9th Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural UniversityFoundation Day Celebrations at RARS, Palem 03.09.2023

Regional Agricultural Research Station, Palem celebrated Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University 9th Foundation day on 03.09.2023. The programme started with garlanding the photo of Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar by Dr. M. Shankar, Scientist (Entomology) i/c ADR, all the staff and students paid floral tributes to Prof. Kothapalli Jayashankar. Later Dr. M. Shankar i/c ADR addressed the Team KVK, Palem for bagging best KVK award and congratulated Dr. S. Vanisri, PS (Oilseeds) got two awards one for Best research paper with high NAAS rating and second one for Jannareddy Venkat Reddy Prize (for outstanding agricultural research work in Telangana State) and Mrs. M. Alivelamma for Best Class –IV (Lab Boy) Employee Award and other staff on the occasion of Foundation Day and also stressed that all the staff should work hard for the betterment of the farming community in Telangana State. And further stated that students should also work hard and try to get more B. Sc. (Ag.) seats and score high OGPA to get gold medal from this campus. All the teaching, Non-teaching of RARS and APT and students of APT Palem and APT Narayanpet were also participated in the celebrations.
