Birth anniversary Celebration of Acharya Kothapalli Jayashankar at RARS, Palem on 6 th August, 2023

The Telangana ideologue of Acharya Kothapalli Jayashankar 90th Jayanthi was celebrated at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Palem Seminar hall on 06.08.2023 to commemorate his birth anniversary. In this programme, Dr. M. Shankar, Scientist (Entomology) i/c ADR, Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, PC, KVK, Palem, teaching and non-teaching of RARS and KVK, Palem were participated. Dr. M. Shankar, Scientist (Entomology) i/c ADR has garlanded and paid floral tributes to the photo of Acharya Kothapalli Jayashankar. All the teaching and non teaching staff of RARS and KVK was also offered the floral tributes to Prof. Jayashankar. Later, scientists emphasized his role in Telangana Movement and further highlighted that all the staff should work hard contribute better long lasting technologies/varieties to the farming community in the state.
