Rashtriya Ekta Diwas on 31-10-2021 at Agricultural College, Aswaraopet
As per the instructions of Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas or National Unity Day’ is observed at Agricultural College, Aswaraopet on 31st October 2020 with about 100 students B.Sc. (Hons.) Ag III year and 20 staff members including Teaching, Non-Teaching, Time Scale and Out sourcing employees were attended the programme. Associate Dean, Staff and Students paid homage to Iron Man of India-Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his 146th birth anniversary. Associate Dean, Dr. M. Madhavi conveyed the message to follow the path of Unity and harmony as preached by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. She remembered the life history of our “Iron Man of India-Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel” and remembered his sacrifices towards the nation in getting freedom. She said that, the unity, integrity and security of our country is very crucial to combat the present covid-19 situations. On this occasion, staff members remembered Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel efforts in uniting this nation. They said that, this occasion provides all of us an opportunity to reaffirm the inherent strength and resilience of our great nation to withstand the actual and potential threats to the unity, integrity and security of our country.
