Rythu Nestham Live Programme [Episode-10] conducted on “ Kahrif Rice –Suitable varieties on 28-5-2024

Rythu Nestam live programme conducted at Electronic Wing Studio, PJTSAU, Hyderabad on 28-5-2024 from 9 AM – 10.30 AM with scientists from Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) and officials from department of agriculture along with farmers from 110 Rythu Vedika’s of Telangana. The programme started with a song on Seed selection and purchase by Dept.of Agriculture followed by Lecture on Kharif crops price forecast by Dr.R.Vijaya Kumari ,DDR o/o Director of Research, Hyderabad, Message by Director of Research Dr.P.Raghu Rami Reddy about Cotton hybrid seed selection and critical management practices for higher yields and Weather forecast for 2014 by Dr. P. Leela Rani , Principal Scientist [Agro]and Head, ACRC ,Hyderabad. The Ryhtu Nestam live programme was attended by Dr.M.Sreenivasulu, Coordinator and Scientists of Electronic Wing ,Sri Singa Reddy DDA along with 3100 farmers and Department Officials form Agriculture and allied sectors at 110 Rythu Vedikas across the state.
