Rythu Nestham Live Programme [Episode-23] Pest and Disease and Agronomic management practices in Kharif crops Electronic Wing, PJTSAU, ARI on 03-09-2024

Rythu Nestam Live video conferencing 23rd episode was conducted live from Electronic Wing Studio of PJTSAU on 3-9-2024 from 10.00 AM – 11.00 AM. The program commenced with an interactive sessions by Dr.T.Kiran Babu, Scientist [Pl.Pathology] , IRR, Rajendranagar Hyderabad on Disease management followed by Dr.N.Ram Gopala Varma ,Principal Scientist [Entomology] IRR, Rajendranagar Hyderabad about pest management in present Kharif crops. Dr.Leela Rani, Principal Scientist [Agronomy] and Head, ACRC, Rajendranagar clarified the doubts of farmers on fertilizer and salinity management. The program was attended by Dr. M. Sreenivasulu, Coordinator of the Electronic Wing, along with their team from PJTSAU, Sri B. Singareddy, DDA (Extension, Rythu Vedikas), and team from the Directorate of Agriculture and 19160 farmers and officers from 566 Rythu Vedikas across the state.
