Rythu Nestham Live Programme (Episode-27 Date: 08.10.2024)

Rythu Nestam Live video conferencing 27th episode was conducted live from Electronic Wing Studio of PJTAU on 08-10-2024 from 10.00 AM – 11.30 AM. The program commenced with an interactive session on “Management Practices in cultivation of Safflower” by Dr. C.Sudhakar, Principal Scientist(Agronomy), ARS, Tandur, followed by progressive Farmer Sri. B.Chakravarthy Makevanampally(Village), Momminpet (Mandal), Vikarabad District shared his experience in Safflower cultivation, value addition and cold press oil production. Later Gottam Yadagiri, a progressive farmer from Ghanapur (Village), Thoguta (Mandal), Siddipet (District) explained his experience on Cultivation of Sunflower followed by comprehensive coverage of “Management Practices in cultivation of Sunflower” by Dr. E.Umarani, Scientist (Pl. Breeding), ARS, Tornala. The program was presided by Dr. M.Sreenivasulu, Principal Scientist [Extn] and Head of the Electronic Wing, PJTAU and Officials from PJTAU, Directorate of Agriculture and Department of Agriculture and 12000 farmers from 566 Rythu Vedikas across the state.
