Rythu Nestham Live Programme [Episode-40] Dt: 07.01.2025

Rythu Nestam Live video conferencing 40th episode was conducted live from Electronic Wing Studio of PJTAU on 07-01-2025 from 10.00 AM – 11.30 AM. The program commenced with a presentation by Dr. G.Manjulatha Principal Scientist (Agronomy) & Head, Agricultural Research Station, Karimnagar, who gave various options of maize crop cultivation during rabi and summer, she elaborately explained advantages in adoption of mechanization and drip irrigation technologies, that have proven to be profitable to farmers in resource conservation. Later in the session Sri. Malla Reddy garu a progressive farmer shared his experiences with the online group on maize cultivation. Programme concluded with interaction and discussion between scientists and farmers from different Rythu vedikas across the state on questions raised by the farmers. The programme was presided by Dr. M. Sreenivasulu, Coordinator of the Electronic Wing, along with his team from PJTAU and Officials from Directorate of Agriculture and Department of Agriculture and 10000 farmers from 566 Rythu Vedikas across the state.
