Rythu Sadassu by RAWEP Students of Agricultural College, Warangal on 24-10-2019

On 24-10-2019 Rythu sadassu was organised by RAWEP students under the chairmanship of Dr.E.Srinivas Principal Scientist & Coordinator, & Sri. J.Vijay, Scientist (Crop prod.), DAATTC-Warangal, in which Dr. P.Jaganmohan Rao, Associate Director of Research. RARS, Warangal attend as chief guest, Dr.T. Ramesh, Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, Warangal was special invitee, other special guests are Dr. Ram prasad Sr. Scientist ( Ento), Dr.Nagabhushanam, Sr, Scientist (Agro) Dr.A.Venkat Reddy, Professor & Head, (Ento) ,Mrs. Swathi ghanivada, Asst. Professor (Extn), Sri.B.Sambaiah, Surpanch,Guduru, Kamalapur, Warangal Urban District. The major issues covered in Rythu Sadassu are Rice varieties suitable for rabi season, weed management, drum seeder and its benefits in rice production, Fall Army Warm Management in Maize, pest management in cotton, further an exhibition was conducted with various models on water conservation, IFS, concepts Live samples displayed and 300 farmers participated in the programme.
