SABM - CA- Training Program on Women Entrepreneurship Development from 18.11.2022 to 01.12.2022 (12 days)

The School of Agribusiness Management, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar is conducting a training program for 30 women on entrepreneurship development from 18.11.2022 to 01.12.2022 (12 days) at School of Agribusiness Management, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar. The program’s main intent is to train women in certain identified skills like Mushroom cultivation, Bakery products, Millet processing and Millet snacks and Maggam work, so that the participants can start an enterprise on their own. Apart from technical skills women will also be trained in business skills like record keeping, supplier identification, identifying market opportunities, sources of funds etc. The program is completely sponsored by Samunnati Foundation and Samunnati intends to provide loans to women who are keen to start an enterprise. The inaugural of the program was conducted on 18.11.2022. The program was inaugurated by Dr. C. Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, R’nagar. Dr. R. Vijayaraghavan, Team lead, Monitoring and Evaluation from Samunnati Foundation and Dr. P. Satish Reddy, Head Strategy from Sneha Chicken participated in the inaugural function. Dr. P. Radhika, Professor & Head, Dr. Ch. Srilatha, Assistant Professor and Smt. A.V. Laksmi Brinda, Teaching Associate, School of Agribusiness Management, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar are coordinating the program.
