She Team Awareness Programme Conducted at College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur, on 20-12-2019

On 20th December 2019, an awareness programme on women safety, “NaaBhadrata, Naa Police” was conducted at College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur.The programme was organized by Dr.R.Swamy, Associate Dean and Sri Jaypal Reddy, ACP, Bodhan. Sri Ashok Reddy, Circle Inspector, Rudrur and Sri P. Ravinder, SI, Rudur, Mrs. M. Leena, Administrative Officer, Mrs. Prashanthi Meda, Officer In-Charge of Student Activities, teaching, non-teaching and students of CFST and STP, participated in the programme. Sri. Jaypal Reddy, ACP, Bodhan, explained the facilities available to reach the police in trouble by dialing 100 and 112 without hesitation and alsomade all participants to take pledge for caring their parents in old age. Mr. Ashok Reddy, CI, Bodhan, explained the process of taking action in police department during a 100 dial and also advised women to be vigilant and watchful of their surroundings. Dr.R.Swamy, Associate Dean, explained the misuse ofsocial media bystudents and also advised the students to be cautious of surroundings and always share travel details with near ones.
