Three Days Skill Training Programme on Machine Transplanting in Rice to Self Help Group and Custom Hiring Centre Members of Gudur Village, Miryalaguda (M), Nalgonda District was held for 3 days from 29.9.2020 to 1.10.2020 at KVK, Kampasagar. The Training Programme was organized and conducted for both Women and Men Trainees (6 No.) of Self Help Group cum Custom Hired Centre Members by KVK, Kampasagar with the financial assistance of District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Nalgonda. Dr.M. A. Aariff Khan, Programme Coordinator & Head, KVK, Kampasagar in inaguaral session briefed about the importance of Machine Transplanting in Rice, is a great relief during peak planting Season and make utilize the benefit of the training programme. Dr.T. Bharath, SMS (Cop Production) Training Programme incharge briefed the Training Programme details of lecture classes and practical Demos of 3 days. On this occasion ‘Pamphlet’ in Telugu as Training Material was released by Members present on the Dias. On Day 2, Dr.I. Swarnalath Devi, Principal, Agriculture Polytechnique, Kampasagar explained about the different nursey raising techniques such as mat and tray nursery preparation and practical session was taken by Smt.Sri. Ramya, Assistant Professor, Agriculture Polytechnique, Kampasagar by involving trainees. On final and Day 3, Dr.CH. Damodar Raju, Principal Scienrist and Head, Agriculture Research Station, Kampasagar explained about the different varietal characters suitable to Vanakalam and Yasangi seasons in NSP Left Canal area and also spoke on different Rice Planting systems. The Valedictory session was chaired by Dr. M. A. Aariff Khan, Programme Coordinator & Head, interacted with Master Trainees and told to make utilize the undergone training for ensuing Yasangi season. Finally feedback also taken and Trainees felt happy and satisfaction for undergoing training programme at KVK, Kampasagar and finally ended up with National Antham.
