Sponsoring students to pursue MS at Auburn University, Alabama, USA under Overseas Fellowship Assistance Program by Govt. of Telangana

Ms. Aishwarya Goli, student of B.Sc.(Ag.), Agricultural College, Warangal and Ms. Pravalika Boini, student of B.Tech. College of Agricultural Engineering, Sangareddy , Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Hyderabad were selected for pursuing MS in AU Department Crop Soil and Environmental Science and MS in Bio Systems Engineering in the Auburn University, Alabama State, USA for the period of 19.08.2024 to 31.08.2026 under the Overseas Fellowships Assistance Program by the Government of Telangana. On this occasion, both the students expressed their gratitude to Sri Tummala Nageshwara Rao garu, Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture, Marketing, Co-operation, and Handlooms & Textiles, Govt of Telangana in the presence of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, PJTSAU, Sri. M. Raghunandan Rao, IAS, APC & Principal Secretary, Govt. of Telangana, Dr. P. Raghu Rami Reddy, Registrar, PJTSAU and Director (IP), Dr. Jamuna Rani. The Government of Telangana released an amount of Rs.1,07,33,228 for both the students (Rs.53,66,614 per student) as a part of the implementing Overseas Fellowships and provide necessary assistance in obtaining the VISA.
