Shri Kaloji Narayana Rao Birth Anniversery Celebrated at Agricultural College, Jagtial on 9th September, 2022

The NSS Unit of Agricultural College, Jagtial has organized 108th birth anniversary (9th September, 2022) of Padma Vibhushan Shri Kaloji Narayana Rao, popularly known as Praja Kavi, Kaloji. His birth anniversary is celebrated as Telangana Language Day. He gave the slogan of 'birth is yours, death is yours but the life is meant for the country' (Puttuka needhi, chavu needhi kani brathukantha deshanidhi). Kaloji is known for writing poems in different and unique styles. Dr. S. Narender Reddy, Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Jagtial paid floral tributes. NSS officer Dr. G. Satyanarayana Reddy spoke about his contributions towards human and social development, other teaching, non-teaching and students were also paid floral tributes to Shri Kaloji Narayana Rao.
