Teachers Day Celebrations on 5th September, 2020 at Agricultural College, Jagtial

The Teachers Day was celebrated at Agricultural College, Jagtial, to show gratitude to the Teachers. Floral tributes were paid to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on the eve of his birth anniversary by the Associate Dean, Dr. C. Narendra Reddy, teaching and non-teaching faculty. Later, he addressed the gathering and said that the teachers acknowledges the challenges, hardships and plays a special role in building the society. He also stated that teaching is not a profession, a way of life. He asked the teachers to understand the changes happening across the world so that they can prepare the new generation to face them. Teachers nourish and prepare students for their future as they are the real icon of knowledge and wisdom. In this programme, , teaching, non-teaching, time-scale, outsourcing and contract staff have participated.
