Tamilnadu Agril. Department Officials visited Electronic Wing on 05-02-2025

A five member team of officials lead by Sri J.Venktaramanan, Additional Director of Agriculture[seeds] Government of Tamilnadu visited Electronic Wing ,PJTAU on 5-2-2025 to study the New digital initiative i.e Rythu Nestham Live Video Conference programme started on 6-3-2024 and conducted on very Tuesday from 10 am to 11 am. Dr.M.Sreenivasulu, Principal Scientist [Extension] and Head,Electronic Wing explained the team about objectives and out come of Rythu Nestham live programme…[Real Time Solutions Through Digital Platform..an RKVY funded project for 2023 to 2025] in which experts in the presence of Dept.officials and Farmers resolve field based problems immediately. The team was shown the live video conference by linking Rythu Vedikas and interaction with farmers and AEOs.The team expressed that this Rythu nestham live video conference will be started in other states also to reach large number of farmers in real time with latest farm advisory.
