KVK, Palem organized training cum input distribution programme on CFLD- Greengram on 05.11.2021 at KVK, Palem, Nagarkurnool dist. The CFLD on Greengram has been taken up in one cluster namely Chennapuraopally (25 no.) village of Peddakothapally mandal. Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Palem has briefed about importance of pulses and explained production technology of Greengram and CFLD i/c Mr. B. Rajashekar, SMS, (Agricultural Extension) has explained the importance of the cluster front line demonstrations on Greengram, integrated crop management technologies to obtain higher yields in Greengram crop. Mr. M. Rajashekhar, SMS, (Plant Protection) explained about integrated Pest and disease management practices in Greengram. In this programme distributed critical inputs to the farmers viz., Seed of Greengram (WGG-42) 6Kg, Pendimithalin 1 lt. A total of 25 farmers were participated.
