Organized Training cum input distribution programme on 17.02.2025 at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Palem.

KVK, Palem has organized Training cum input distribution programme on CFLD- Sesame on 17.02.2025 at KVK, Palem. The CFLD on Sesame has been taken up in two clusters namely Parvathapur and Vasanthapur and villages of Telkapally Bijinepally mandal of Nagarkurnool district (50). Dr.T. Prabhakar Reddy, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Palem has explained the importance of CFLD oil seeds and critical input role in enhancing the yield levels in sesame crop. CFLD i/c Dr. B. Rajashekar, SMS, (Agricultural Extension) has explained the importance of the cluster front line demonstrations on Sesame, integrated crop management technologies to obtain higher yields in Sesame crop and also explained about Pest and disease management practices in Sesame. In this programme distributed critical inputs to the farmers viz., Seed of Sesame (JCS1020) 3Kg, Pendimithalin 1 lt. A total of 48 farmers were participated.
