Training programme on ICM in Spine gourd cultivation under TSP 2023-24 at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 26.08.2023

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem has conducted training programme on ICM practises in spine gourd cultivation under TSP 2023-24 at Training Hall, KVK, Bhadradri Kothagudem on 26.08.2023. In this training Dr. V. Lakshmi Narayanamma, programme Coordinator has explained about importance of crop and best management practices in spine gourd. Dr. J. Mariyanna (DH&SO) explained about significance of crop and its nutrient values. Mr. B. Shiva, SMS(Horticulture) explained about Integrated crop management (ICM) in spine gourd. In this programme Dr. R. Srinivasa Rao, SMS (Crop Production), Dr. R. Vishwatej, SMS(Extension) has also instructed the participants on other KVK activities. A total of 40 farmer and farmwomen have participated, interacted with scientist regarding Kharif crop condition, seasonal pest and disease management strategies in different crops.
