Celebrations of Telangana Formation Day 2021 at College of Community Science, Saifabad

The 7th Telangana Formation Day was celebrated on 2nd June, 2021 at College of Community Science, Saifabad, Hyderabad with lots of splendour. This day is mark of significance in the state’s history for the sustained Telangana Movement through several years. Many people fought for Telangana State and sacrificed their lives. As a remembrance, allthe teaching and non teaching staff offered floral tributes to Professor Jayashankar who played a key role in the formation of Telangana State. Dr.D.RatnaKumari, Dean, Faculty of Community Science, Saifabad. hoisted the National Flag and all the staff joined for the National Anthem soon after the flag hoisted. Later the Dean, faculty of Community Science addressed the gathering. A total of 10 teaching staff and 12 Non teaching staff attended the programme. Safety measures like wearing masks and maintaining social distancing were followed throughout the programme.
