Visit of Sri. Durgam Chinniah, Honourable MLA, Bellampalli to Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bellampalli, Mancherial on 3-11-2021
On 2nd November, 2021 Sri. Durgam Chinnaih garu, Honourable MLA, Bellampalli along with other public representatives, departmental officers and 50 number of farmers visited Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bellampalli, Mancherial and inaugurated ‘Internal Road Development Works at Instructional Farm of KVK, Bellampalli’. During his visit, Dr. M. Rajeshwar Naik, Senior Scientist & Head (Programme Coordinator) and scientist staff explained about different demo units of KVK like, seed production units of sunhemp and redgram, vegetable cultivation under Permanent Pandal system, intercropping models, aqua farming, direct seeding of paddy cultivation and crop cafeteria of instructional farm. Further, Programme Coordinator explained about the activities and achievements from the establishment of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bellampalli to till date. Sri. Durgam Chinnaih garu, Honourable MLA, Bellampalli also visited the construction works of administrative building of KVK, Bellampalli and appreciated the efforts of the staff towards the progressive work and he appreciated the efforts of KVK, Bellampalli related to crop diversification in district.
