Celebration of World Pulses Day on 10-02-2022 at Bhosi village of Tanoor mandal, Nirmal district by ARS and DAATTC, Mudhole

Agricultural Research Station and DAATT-C Mudhole - Celebrated the World Pulses Day on 10.02.2022, at Bhosi village of Tanoor mandal, Nirmal district, and created awareness among the farming community on importance of pulses and its scope in cropping intensity. Dr. G. Veeranna, Senior scientist (Agro.) and Head, addressed the gathering and focused on scope and value addition of the pulses, advanced Agronomic management practices in pulses and future scope of pulses on area of cultivation. Dr. K. Vijay Kumar, Scientist (Pl.Br.) explained about the pulses crop importance, their nutritional values and also created awareness on different pulses crops and their varieties. In this programme, Sri S. Anand, Sapanch and Sri. K. Vishnu Das garu, AEO, Beltharoda cluster and 33 farmers were participated.
