College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur NSS Special Camp on 14-12-2019

As a part of NSS special camp, on last day College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur has conducted NSS Valedictory session on 14-12-2019 in Ambam village. The programme was attended by Dr. R. Swamy, Associate Dean, NSS Programme Officer Er. G. Rajender, teaching, non- teaching staff, NSS volunteers, people representatives and villagers. In this programme, Er. G. Rajender, NSS Officer, has briefed the 7 days schedule of NSS special programme regarding the conduction of different programmes like Swachh Bharath, Veterinary camp, Plantation, Mega Health Camp, demonstration of preparation of value added products, scientist – farmers interaction session and others. People representatives, ZPTC, MPP, AMC Chairman, MPTC and Sarpanch expressed their heartfelt regards for cleaning the village, creating awareness to avoid usage of plastic and wastage of water. They also assured that they would continue to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the surroundings and also water the plants regularly. Dr. R. Swamy Associate Dean, CFST, Rudrur congratulated for completing this programme successfully with extended support of villagers. NSS volunteers have received certificates from the hands of Associate Dean, staff and people representatives.
